As part of our Passion Project, Room 1 had the opportunity to make truffles. This term's passion project is on the joy of living and giving - the focus being on cooking. At the end of this term, the class will take home a package of yummy treats in which they will share during the festive season. The truffle flavours were apricot, cranberry, and chocolate and raisin. During the week the truffles will be dipped into chocolate.
