She looked at whether your child had these things:
Chromebook
Charger
Case
If your child is missing any of these things, it is highly recommended that these items are found or are purchased before school starts. This ensures your child is set up for success from day 1.
Chargers
If you purchased your child's Chromebook in 2019 (last year), you will require a USB C charger.
If you purchased a 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 Chromebook, then it will require a standard charger.
We highly recommend you to take the device into the retailing outlets to ensure you purchase a compatible charger. The stores we suggest you to purchase the chargers are: Noel Leeming, PB Technologies, Harvey Norman.
If your case is damaged or missing, the above retailers are likely to stock a case for your child's Chromebook.
